We use trusted courier services for secure and timely deliveries:

- Cargo Service available only for those who pay full payment in advance. Estimated Delivery time for Cargo 1-3 days
Shipping Time & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days across Pakistan.
- Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier issues may cause delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on order weight, location, and courier service. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on bulk or promotional orders (if applicable).
- Flat Shipping charges upto 1 kg is 200 Pkr. For weight above 1 kg shipping calculated according to courier charges.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the shipment status.
Payment & Order Confirmation
- Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) with Partial Advance Payment is available all over Pakistan
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package, please report it within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
- In case of lost shipments, contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier service.
